Director of
Website Design

This position is to design the website and perform occasional upkeep! Create new events, donations, pages, etc. as needed. 

Director of 
Operations

Work with the board of Directors to create an agenda for the once-a-month virtual meetings. Attend every virtual meeting, take diligent notes, and upload them into the "Board Meetings" folder on the Drive.

Director of
Fundraising

You will work with vendors to obtain items for auction. You will be in charge of creating a fundraiser twice a year and collecting the funds appropriately. You will be in charge of all auctions and fundraisers. 

Director of
Event 
Coordination

We host two events per year and need YOU to help plan and organize all of the details involved with these two events. From obtaining an event center, gathering instructors for each station, seeking positive speakers for our main event, and the list goes on! 

Director of
Photography

A photographer to take candid photos at all of the events and share them in the 'Photography' folder on the Drive.

Director of
Travel

Be in charge of all of the travel the directors make. Figure out the travel for our Founder from vehicle transportation to flights, to lodging, & meal services. Do reimbursables for our Directors and keep all things in compliance with IRS standards.

Vice President

Oversees the Directors to make sure all things are getting done according to their position. Refer to the Founder, as necessary. Be in place when the Founder cannot be available.
